When you place an order, the details are sent to our fulfillment center (Melbourne CBD) for shipping.
Orders placed BEFORE 1pm on a business day are shipped that day. Tracking details are sent later that day between 5-6pm.
Orders placed AFTER 1pm on a business day are shipped the day after and tracking details are sent later that day, between 5-6pm.
All Orders placed AFTER 1pm on Friday are shipped express on Monday and tracking are sent later that day, between 5-6pm.
All Orders placed before a public holiday will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery is usually the business day after your item is shipped (within the AUSPost delivery network) or up to 5 business days depending on your location in Australia (as per the AusPost Delivery Procedure).
Once Auspost has your order, we have no control over their delivery speed and/or accuracy.
For All New Zealand Orders, tracking doesn't seem to work (that's an Auspost issue, not ours), so Auspost will say 'please allow between 7-14 days for delivery'.
Ridiculous I know, but we have no control over their business.
If you have NOT received your order in a timely manner, please contact Auspost First, their contact details are: AUSPost (13 76 78).
Give them your delivery details and tracking number, only they can tell you where your order is.
After you've contacted Auspost and lodged a formal inquiry, then contact us (Contact Us Page) with your inquiry number and we will investigate further.
While our online store is open seven days a week, our couriers only pick-up & deliver packages between Monday–Friday (business days).
