Auspost, claim 'Express Next Business Day Delivery', but if you call them, they will also say "please allow up to 5 business days for your delivery".
That's their procedure, not ours and we have no control over their delivery speeds or accuracy.
If you have NOT received your order in a timely manner, please contact Auspost First, their contact details are: AUSPost (13 76 78).
Give them your delivery details and tracking number, only they can tell you where your order is.
After you've contacted Auspost and lodged a formal inquiry, then contact us (Contact Us Page) with your order details and Auspost inquiry number and we will investigate further.
If Auspost have confirmed that they've lost your order, please contact us (Contact Us Page) with your order details and Auspost inquiry number. Just because Auspost say 'they'll organize compensation', does not mean we'll send you another package straight away.
Auspost will only compensate up to $50 + Shipping expenses unless YOU select the insurance option during checkout.
An Auspost investigation may take up to 14x business days, so upon completion of their investigation, we will determine the next steps of action.
